a) Fast Loan can be done on Platinum Jewelry, Silver Jewelry, Silver article and Diamond Jewelry etc.
b) Fast Loan are not allowed on Gold Bullion in any form, Gold Coins in any form.
c) Approval The decision to approval and rejection of your EMI application is with approving financial entity, they can reject your EMI application without telling the reason for the rejection. Neither Jewelfina nor jewellers govern or influence this approval or rejection decision.
d) On approval if customer does not want to complete the product purchase with the seller, than processing fees is non refunded and will be charged from booking amount paid at the shop.
e) By submitting application at our portal, customer is authorizing our partner Lender(s) to check there CIBIL score. Lender(s) might not share CIBIL score with the customer.
f) By submitting application at our portal, customer is authorizing our executives and our partner Lender(s) to call them for futher communication on registered mobile number or email via call or sms. Our executives can reach customers for marketing other products and services.
g) On approval its customer choice to visit the seller or shop for completing the product purchase. Seller cannot force customer to purchase products.
h) On approval its customer responsibilty to pay the EMI as setup by the Lender(s). In case of any disputes on Loan or EMI with Lender(s), customer need to directly resolve it with Lender.
